摘 要:基于SYSWELD有限元分析软件,以某新型战术型号铝合金联装架为产品对象,选取支撑框配对组件、弹位组件和立方体组件为典型结构件进行焊接残余应力和变形数值模拟,以期表征铝合金联装架焊接过程的残余应力分布和变形趋势。结果表明:焊缝及其附近热影响区的Von-Mises应力较高,甚至超过了5A06铝合金材料的常温屈服强度;支撑框组件焊后最大变形出现于长矩形管中央,约为6.44 mm;弹位组件的焊接变形整体表现为凹向三维结构内腔,焊接变形也多集中在长矩形管上,最大变形约为5.21 mm。另外,采用对称分散焊过程产生的焊接变形量小于逐条焊缝焊接过程,但焊接残余应力趋势则相反。Based on the SYSWELD finite element analysis software,the welding residual stress and deformation of the typical structural components in a new type of aluminum alloy connection framework,i.e.,the supporting frame component,the missile position component,and the cube component,are numerically simulated.The results show that the Von-Mises stress in the weld and heat-affected zone is higher than the Von-Mises stress in the other region,and it is even exceeds the normal temperature yield strength of 5A06 aluminum alloy.The maximum deformation of the welded supporting frame component appears in the center of the long rectangular tube,and is about 6.44 mm.The overall welding deformation of the missile position component is shown as a concave 3D inner cavity,the welding deformation is mainly concentrated in the long rectangular tube,and the maximum deformation is about 5.21 mm.Besides,the welding deformation produced by the symmetrically dispersed welding process is lower than that produced by the process welding one by one,while the trend of the welding residual stress is opposite.
