子宫内膜异位症行腹腔镜手术联合米非司酮治疗的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨采用腹腔镜手术联合米非司酮对子宫内膜异位症患者的治疗效果、卵巢功能和生存质量的影响。方法选取2016年1月至2018年10月深圳市罗湖区人民医院诊治的110例子宫内膜异位症患者为研究对象。将其随机分为观察组和对照组,每组55例患者。观察组患者实施腹腔镜手术联合米非司酮治疗方案,对照组患者实施腹腔镜手术治疗方案。比较两组患者治疗效果、卵巢功能相关指标和生存质量评分情况。结果治疗前,两组患者卵巢功能、生存质量评分比较,其差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。治疗后,两组患者卵巢功能相关指标、生存质量评分均有改善,且观察组患者改善更为显著;同时,观察组患者治疗总有效率明显高于对照组患者,其差异均具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论采用腹腔镜手术联合米非司酮治疗子宫内膜异位症,能够提高患者治疗效果、卵巢功能和生活质量,并减少患者复发概率,具有重要的临床意义。Objective To explore the effect of laparoscopic surgery combined with mifepristone for the treatment of endometriosis,and the effect on the ovarian function and quality of life.Methods 110 patients with endometriosis diagnosed and treated in People′s Hospital of Luohu District in Shenzhen City from January 2016 to October 2018 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 55 patients in each group.The observation group was treated by laparoscopic surgery combined with mifepristone,while the control group was treated by laparoscopic surgery.The therapeutic effect,ovarian function related indexes and quality of life scores were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in ovarian function and quality of life between the two groups(all P>0.05).After treatment,the ovarian function related indexes and quality of life scores of the two groups were improved,and the improvement in the observation group was more significant;the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,all with statistically significant differences(all P<0.05).Conclusions Laparoscopic surgery combined with mifepristone in the treatment of endometriosis can improve the treatment effect,ovarian function and quality of life,and reduce the recurrence rate of patients,with important clinical significance.
