摘　　要：分别在西医内科学教学中采用SPOC混合教学和传统课堂讲授模式。通过理论考核及问卷调查,评价教学效果。观察组在病例分析考核成绩、提升学习意愿、提高自学能力、锻炼沟通能力、锻炼临床思维、培养团队精神、锻炼临床技能评分方面优于对照组;两组在基础理论考核成绩、掌握理论知识方面评分无统计学差异。SPOC and traditional classroom teaching are adopted in the education of Internal medicine.Through theoretical assessment and questionnaire survey,evaluate the teaching effect.The observation group was better than the control group in case analysis and assessment,improving learning willingness,improving self-learning ability,exercising communication ability,exercising clinical thinking,cultivating team spirit and exercising clinical skills.There was no statistical difference in the scores of basic theory examination and theoretical knowledge mastery between the two groups.
