面部刺血拔罐治疗痤疮60例的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察面部刺血拔罐治疗痤疮的临床疗效。方法将60例痤疮患者随机分为2组,治疗组31例采用体针配合面部刺血拔罐法,对照组29例采用单纯体针法,观察比较两组疗效,连续治疗2个疗程。结果治疗组与对照组均有改善痤疮的作用,两组临床疗效相比,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论面部配合刺血拔罐法治疗痤疮的临床取效快,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical e ffect of facial pricking blood cupping on acne.Methods 60 patients with acne were randomly divided into two groups.31 patients in the treatment group were treated with body acupuncture combined with facial pricking and cupping,and 29 patients in the control group were treated with simple body acupuncture.The curative effects of the two groups were observed and compared,and two courses of treatment were continued.Results Both the treatment group and the control group had the effect of improving acne,there was a signi ficant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of facial acupuncture combined with cupping is fast and worthy of clinical application.
