摘　　要：目的探析对接受唇腭裂修补术患儿在围术期给予针对性护理干预的临床价值。方法本次研究纳入患儿均为2017年1月-2020年1月间在我院接收诊疗唇腭裂患儿相关临床数据,取符合选择标准患儿50例,所有患儿均拟用唇腭裂修补术治疗,在围手术期给予针对性护理干预措施,对其临床数据以回顾性方式分析以归纳围手术期护理的临床价值。结果所有患儿均顺利完成治疗,在术后随访期间患儿无出现手术相关并发症。结论对接受外科修补的唇腭裂患儿在围术期要配合有效护理干预措施,帮助患儿在术前术后均能保持理想的身心状态,在术后能够最快时间适应脸部形态以及功能方面的变化,尽快回归到正常生活,健康生长。Objective To explore the clinical value of targeted nursing intervention for children undergoing cleft lip and palate repair during the perioperative period.Methods All the children included in this study received relevant clinical data of children with cleft lip and palate in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2020.Fifty children who met the selection criteria were selected.All children were planned to use cleft lip and palate For the repair operation,targeted nursing interventions were given during the perioperative period,and its clinical data were analyzed retrospectively to summarize the clinical value of perioperative nursing.Results All the children successfully completed the treatment,and there were no complications related to the surgery during the follow-up period.Conclusion Children undergoing surgical repair of cleft lip and palate should cooperate with effective nursing interventions during the perioperative period to help the children maintain the ideal physical and mental state before and after surgery,and be able to adapt to the facial shape and the fastest time after surgery Changes in function,return to normal life as soon as possible and grow healthy.
