摘　　要：目的总结颜面部软组织损伤患者的急诊美容修复方法及护理措施,为临床提供借鉴。方法充分评估患者病情,精心清创,根据美容整形原则设计并实施组织修复缝合,同时给予心理护理、物品准备、创面护理、饮食指导及创面瘢痕预防护理等措施。结果本组131例患者中,127例患者创面为一期愈合,4例患者因软组织缺损面积较大,需进行二期肉芽创面植皮,为二期愈合。术后3个月随访,7例创面瘢痕呈线性,其他患者瘢痕不明显,患者对治疗效果满意。结论急诊颜面部软组织损伤的急救处理应遵循整形美容原则,在充分评估病情的基础上运用美容整形技术进行治疗,同时给予专业的护理支持,可有效提升创面愈合质量,降低创面瘢痕程度。Objective Summarize the emergency cosmetic repair methods and nursing measures of patients with facial and soft tissue injury,and provide reference for clinical.Methods Fully assess the patient's condition,carefully debride,design and implement tissue repair suture according to the principles of cosmetic plastic surgery,and give psychological care,item preparation,wound care,diet guidance and wound scar prevention care and other measures.Results Among the 131 patients in this group,127 patients had first-stage wound healing,and 4 patients had a second-stage granulation wound skin graft due to the large area of soft tissue defect.After 3 months of follow-up,the scars of 7 patients were linear,and the scars of other patients were not obvious,and the patients were satis fied with the treatment e ffect.Conclusion Emergency treatment of facial and facial soft tissue injuries in emergency department should follow the principles of plastic surgery and cosmetic treatment.On the basis of full evaluation of the condition,treatment with cosmetic surgery techniques and professional nursing support can e ffectively improve the quality of wound healing and reduce the degree of wound scars.
