摘  要:为了客观、正确地了解水库工程对生态环境的影响,按照生态文明的理念,梳理了湖南省内水库目前存在的生态环境问题,针对性地从水库生态、水库占地、生态建筑材料、环境指示4个方面构建了湖南省生态水库工程评价指标体系,采用层次分析法,确定了生态水库工程评价体系的指标权重,其中水库生态指标0.56、水库占地指标0.12、生态建筑材料指标0.04、环境指标0.29,水库生态指标占比最大。以湖南省内已建的白云水库为例,其生态水平评价为0.382,水库总体的生态状况一般。According to the concept of ecological civilization,the existing ecological environment problems of the reservoirs in Hunan Province was sorted out in this paper,and the evaluation index system of ecological reservoir projects in Hunan Province was built from reservoir ecology,reservoir occupied area,ecological building materials and environment.Then the index weights of the evaluation system was determined by the analytic hierarchy process(AHP).The weight coefficient of reservoir ecology was 0.56,accounting for the largest proportion of reservoir ecological indicators.The weight coefficients of reservoir occupied area,ecological building material and environment were 0.12,0.04 and 0.29 respectively.Taking the Baiyun Reservoir in Hunan Province as an example,calculation results showed that its ecological level was 0.382,and its overall ecological situation was regarded as general.
