摘 要:添加缓蚀剂、更换材质和涂层是集输管线中控制管线腐蚀的主要手段,添加缓蚀剂因其高效、成本低以及操作简单而被广泛使用。以塔河油田集输管线的缓蚀剂控制腐蚀为例,在FJH-08咪唑啉类缓蚀剂的基础上改性得到新的咪唑啉类硫脲衍生物QYH-09,随后利用SEM、EDS手段分析了现场管线的腐蚀形貌及腐蚀类别,初步评价现场的腐蚀是以CO2/H2S为主,点蚀穿孔成为了管线失效的主要形式;其次通过高温高压釜模拟现场工况和电化学评价方法相结合的方式,评价改性前后缓蚀剂的作用效果。实验结果表明:两种缓蚀剂,对管线的缓蚀率均在80%以上,但未改性的FJH-08缓蚀剂仍有局部腐蚀的现象出现,而加入QYH-09缓蚀剂后试样表明未出现局部腐蚀的痕迹;电化学实验结果与失重实验一致,QYH-09对阳极的抑制效果,以及阻抗中的极化电阻均高于FJH-08。研究表明,QYH-09和FJH-08两种缓蚀剂对管线的腐蚀都有抑制作用,但改性后的QYH-09对点蚀的抑制效果更佳。The addition of corrosion inhibitors,replacement materials and coatings are the main means of controlling pipeline corrosion in gathering pipelines and the addition of corrosion inhibitors is widely used because of their high efficiency,low cost and simple operation.Taking the control of the corrosion inhibitor for corrosion of the Tahe oilfield gathering pipeline as an example,a new imidazole thiourea derivative QYH-09 was modified on the basis of FJH-08 such imidazoline corrosion inhibitor,and then SEM and EDS method were applied to analyze the corrosion morphology and corrosion categories of the pipelines.The preliminary evaluation of the site corrosion was mainly CO2/H2S and pitting corrosion perforation became the main form of pipeline failure.Secondly,the high temperature autoclave was used to simulate the field conditions and electrochemistry.The evaluation method was combined to evaluate the effect of the corrosion inhibitor before and after the modification.The experimental results show that the corrosion inhibition rates of the two corrosion inhibitors are above 80%,but the unmodified FJH-08 corrosion inhibitor still has local corrosion phenomenon,and the QYH-09 corrosion inhibitor is added.The post-samples showed no traces of local corrosion;the results of electrochemical experiments are consistent with the weight loss experiments.The inhibitory effect of QYH-09 on the anode and the polarization resistance in the impedance are higher than those of FJH-08.Studies have shown that both QYH-09 and FJH-08 corrosion inhibitors have an inhibitory effect on the corrosion of pipelines,but the modified QYH-09 has better inhibition effect on pitting corrosion.
