摘 要:为探究大五人格特质与工人有意不安全行为之间的关系,首先在专家的帮助下筛选出了7类工人常见的有意不安全行为,然后在前人的研究基础上修订编制了适用于我国一线工人的中文形容词大五人格简版量表。经SPSS软件检验,修订后量表的5个特质对应的题项信度在0.86~0.89之间,公因子方差均大于0.6,累计方差贡献率达到了75%,特质与题项对应明显,信效度良好。最后,以5个人格特质得分为自变量,有意不安全行为次数为因变量进行逐步回归分析,结果发现工人严谨性、神经质、宜人性这3个人格特质得分越高,其有意不安全行为次数越少。In order to explore the relationship between the Big-Five Personality Traits and intentional unsafe behaviors of workers,with the help of experts,seven types of common intentional unsafe behaviors of workers were screened out.In addition,based on previous research,it was revised the Short Scale Version Chinese Adjectives Scale of Big-Five Factor Personality(BFFP-CAS-S)to fit for front-line workers in China.By use of SPSS software testing,the items reliability of the five traits after the revision ranged from 0.86 to 0.89,the variance of common factors all exceeded 0.6,the cumulative variance contribution rate was up to 75%,obviously there was a good corresponding between traits and items and the reliability and validity of the scale were good.Finally,the five personality traits score and the number of intentionally unsafe behaviors were set as dependent variable and dependent variable respectively to do regression analysis.The results showed that the higher score of the three personality traits of conscientiousness,neuroticism and agreeableness was,the lower the number of intentionally unsafe behaviors was.
