摘  要:越来越多的焦化企业面临着焦化粗(轻)苯产品氯超标的问题,但是,由于焦化生产工艺复杂,影响因素与规律不明,企业往往不能有效采取措施。基于南钢炼焦与煤气净化工艺,借助于专门设计的煤气取样与氯含量检测方法,探索并剖析了配合煤、煤气净化主要工段以及重要液体物质对焦化轻苯中氯含量的影响规律,提出了可行的优化控制措施,可为同行焦化企业提供有益的借鉴与指导。An increasing number of coking enterprises are faced with the problem that chlorine content of coking crude(light)benzene products exceed the national standard.However,due to the complex coking production process and lack of many influencing factors and regulation,companies often cannot quickly take effective solutions.In this paper,based on Nanjing Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.purification process,with the help of specially designed technology of gas sampling and chlorine content detection methods,the influencing characteristic on chlorine content of benzene are explored and analyzed,such as blending coal,the main sections of gas purification and important liquid substances,some feasible control measures are put forward so as to provide useful references and guidance for peer coking enterprises.
