摘  要:本文主要利用小分子酸(丙烯酸、草酸)作为碳酸钙的修饰剂,对碳酸钙进行干法修饰,而后再利用石蜡对修饰碳酸钙进行二次包覆制备了双修饰的有机活性碳酸钙,并将其作为高分子填料填充到聚乙烯(PE)中制备了修饰碳酸钙/PE复合材料。考察了修饰剂种类、修饰剂用量及填料用量对PE复合材料综合力学性能的影响。实验结果表明:当填料用量为恒量,修饰剂的用量逐步增加时,修饰碳酸钙/PE复合材料的综合力学性能呈现先增大后减小的趋势。当丙烯酸修饰剂用量为3%,填料用量为15 phr时,丙烯酸改性碳酸钙/PE复合材料的综合力学性能最佳。DSC测试表明加入修饰剂的改性碳酸钙/PE复合材料的熔融温度得到了提高,能够使复合材料的耐热性得到提升。TGA测试表明修饰剂改性碳酸钙/PE复合材料在400℃范围内具有好的热稳定性。In this paper,small molecule acids(acrylic acid,oxalic acid)were used as modifiers to modify calcium carbonate by dry method,and then the organic modified active calcium carbonate was prepared by Secondary coating of calcium carbonate with paraffin wax.The modified calcium carbonate/PE composites were prepared by filling polyethylene(PE)with the organic modified active calcium carbonate.The effects of types of modifiers,dosage of modifiers and fillers on the comprehensive mechanical properties of PE composites were investigated.The experimental results show that the mechanical properties of PE composites filled with modified calcium carbonate first increase and then decrease when the filler dosage is constant and the modifier dosage increases gradually.When the dosage of acrylic acid modifier is 3%and filler is 15 phr,the comprehensive mechanical properties of acrylic acid modified calcium carbonate/PE composites are the best.DSC test showed that the melting temperature of modified calcium carbonate/PE composites with modifier was increased,and the heat resistance of the composites was improved.TGA test showed that the modified calcium carbonate/PE composites had good thermal stability in the range of 400℃.
