空气硬化的水性聚氨酯改性动物胶粘结剂制备工艺研究

摘　　要：针对目前铸造行业使用的粘结剂大多存在能耗高、污染大、覆膜工艺复杂的问题,本试验选择动物胶颗粒为原料,通过碱催化、共混改性等方法对动物胶进行修饰处理从而得到一种新型的绿色环保型粘结剂。对改性后的动物胶粘结剂的理化性质进行了研究,通过吹压缩空气的方法来对砂样进行固化,避免了高温覆膜的能耗高的问题。通过改性处理后的动物胶粘结剂砂具有较好的机械性能以及良好的可操作性。结果表明:改性动物胶粘结剂的最佳配比为:m(动物胶颗粒)∶m(蒸馏水)∶m(水性聚氨酯)=50∶50∶1.5,温度为60℃,反应时间为1 h。通过空气固化后的砂样的抗拉强度可达到2.60 MPa。具有固化时间短、节能环保,铸件能够满足铸造行业的工艺要求。In order to solve the problems of high energy consumption,large pollution and complicated covering technology of the binder used in foundry industry,Animal Glue particle was chose as raw materials in this paper,the animal glue was modified by Alkali catalysis and blending modification to obtain a new type of green and environment-friendly adhesive.The physical and chemical properties of the modified animal glue binder were studied.The sand samples were cured by blowing Compressed air to avoid the problem of high energy consumption of high temperature coating.The modified animal glue binder sand has better mechanical properties and better operability.The results show that the optimum ratio of modified animal glue binder is as follows:m(Animal Glue Particles):m(Distilled Water):m(water-borne Polyurethane)50:50:1.5,reaction temperature 60℃,reaction time 1 h.The tensile strength of the sand cured by compressed air can reach 2.60 MPA.The sand sample is solidified by air blowing,which has the advantages of short curing time,energy saving and environmental protection,and the casting can meet the technological requirements of foundry industry.
