摘 要:二聚脂肪酸广泛应用于聚酰胺树脂合成及油墨和燃料油添加剂等领域,是现代工业不可缺少的化工原材料。目前,常规聚合生成的二聚脂肪酸浓度一般在70%左右,其余组分为单酸、三聚酸和多聚酸等杂质,浓度过低会导致二聚脂肪酸物化性能受到极大限制,无法满足市场对高品质二聚脂肪酸的需求。针对如何提高二聚脂肪酸浓度,本文综述分析了减压蒸馏、分子蒸馏、膜分离、反应精馏等分离技术的优缺点,为未来二聚脂肪酸分离提纯技术的发展提供了一定的参考。Dimer fatty acids were widely used in the fields of polyamide resin synthesis,ink and fuel oil additives.It was a kind of indispensable chemical raw materials in modern industry.At present,the concentration of dimeric fatty acids generated by conventional polymerization was generally about 70%,and the other components were impurities such as monoacids,trimeric acids and polyacids.Precisely because of the low concentration,the physical and chemical properties of dimeric fatty acids was greatly limited,which could not satisfy the market demand for high-quality dimeric fatty acids.In this paper,the advantages and disadvantages of vacuum distillation,molecular distillation,membrane separation,reactive distillation and other separation technologies were summarized and analyzed to improve the concentration of dimer fatty acids,which will provide a reference for the future development of separation and purification technology of dimer fatty acids.
