摘 要:对高效液相色谱法检测化妆品中水杨酸的不确定度进行评定。按照《化妆品安全技术规范》(2015年版)规定方法检测化妆品中的水杨酸含量,样品在甲醇+水(75+25)溶液中进行超声提取,经色谱柱分离,流动相梯度洗脱后,用二极管阵列检测器检测,采用外标法定量。依据JJF1059.1-2012《测量不确定度评定与表示》,分析水杨酸测定过程中不确定度的分量及其来源,并通过计算各分量的不确定度得出检测结果的合成不确定度。当化妆品中水杨酸含量为40μg/g时,在95%的置信区间下,扩展不确定为±4.3046μg/g(k=2)。结果表明,不确定度主要来源于标准溶液配置,仪器重复测量,标准曲线的拟合过程等。Base on safety and technical standards of cosmetics(2015 edition),the uncertainty of determination of salicylic acid in cosmetics was evaluated by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).The sample was extracted by methanol:water(75∶25)with a gradient elution.The content of salicylic acid in cosmetics was quantitatively determined by using diode array detector and external standard method.According to JJF 1059-2012 Measurement Technical Standard,The components and sources of the uncertainty in the determination of salicylic acid were analyzed.When the salicylic acid content in cosmetics is 40μg/g,the expansion uncertainty is±4.3046μg/g(k=2)at the 95%confidence interval.The evaluation results show that the uncertainty in the experimental process mainly comes from the standard solution configuration,repeated measurement of the instrument,and the fitting process of the standard curve.
