摘　　要：利用化学反应平衡移动原理,改进了对乙酰氨基酚的生产工艺,在产品收率及质量符合现行《中国药典》规定的前提下,原料冰醋酸的耗用明显减少,在为生产厂家创造了良好的经济效益的同时也产生了良好的社会效益。The production process of paracetamol was improved by using the principle of chemical reaction equilibrium movement.On the premise that the yield and quality of the product conformed to the current provisions of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia,the consumption of raw material glacial acetic acid was reduced significantly,which created good economic benefits for manufacturers and also produced good social benefits.
