摘 要:本文主要研究树脂吸附法处理K酸生产废水并资源化回用。研究发现在小试最优条件下,树脂出水的COD值可低于1000 mg/L,可达到回用标准。树脂吸附饱和后再生采用2BV浓度为8%的氢氧化钾溶液,树脂的脱附率可达95%以上。在工程实际应用中,以同样的参数连续吸脱附运行15批次,树脂出水COD值以及颜色均稳定。树脂吸附法处理K酸废水,不仅使废酸得到有效处理,同时又能资源化回收,实现环境效益和经济效益的双丰收。This article meanly study resin adsorption method is used to treat production wastewater of K acid and its recovery.The study found that under the optimal conditions of the pilot test,the COD value of the resin effluent can be less than 1000 mg/L,which can reach the reuse standard.Resin is saturated after adsorption and uses 2BV potassium hydroxide solution with 8%concentration to regeneration.The resin desorption percent can reach more than 95%.In the practical application of the project,COD value and color of resin effluent are stable in 15 batches of continuous adsorption and desorption run with the same parameters.Resin adsorption method for treating K-acid wastewater can not only effectively treat waste acid,but also recycle it into resources,and realize a double harvest of environmental and economic benefits.
