摘　　要：山东某石化企业的循环水水质电导率6570μs/cm,氯离子高达1300 mg/L,该水质具有强腐蚀性。针对这一问题在实验室进行旋转挂片试验静态阻垢试验及动态模拟试验,筛选效果良好的缓蚀阻垢剂,将药剂应用于该石化企业,满足技术指标要求。The circulating water of a petrochemical company in Shandong is highly corrosive,whose conductivity can up to 6570μs/cm and chloride ions can up to 1300 mg/L.To solve this problems,it can get an effective Low-phosphorus Chemicals inhibitor through the static scale inhibition test,rotating coupon corrosion test and dynamic simulation test.The results prove that the treatment effect of the formula can fully meet the technical requirements in this petrochemical plant.
