摘　　要：信息技术服务外包是一种战略性的商业创新方案。技术复杂性的提高、对高可用性系统及分布式系统支持的需求,使得各类医疗机构越来越难以实现既达到专业医疗任务目标,又控制机会成本的愿望。医疗档案系统委托第三方专业机构管理,可以提高医院信息管理的水平。论文探究了医疗档案系统委托第三方专业机构管理的可行性,以期为专业医疗机构档案系统信息化托管提供启发。Information technology service outsourcing is a strategic business innovation program.The improvement of technical complexity and the demand for supporting high availability system and distributed system make it more and more difficult for all kinds of medical institutions to achieve the goal of both achieving professional medical tasks and objectives and controlling opportunity cost.It can improve the level of hospital information management by entrusting the medical archives system to the third party professional organization for management.This paper explores the feasibility of entrusting the medical archives system to the third party professional organization for management,so as to provide inspiration for the informatization trusteeship of the archives system of professional medical institutions.
