摘  要:跳高运动是体育赛事中的重要运动,大部分高级别的体育赛事中设定有跳高比赛环节。同时跳高运动对参赛者的身体素质与技巧要求也比较高。所以,跳高专项身体训练对于跳高运动员而言非常重要。通过合理、科学的跳高专项身体训练方法,能够促进跳高运动员身体素质的提高,提升跳高运动员的跳高水平。从速度训练、力量训练、耐力训练及柔韧性训练4方面详细阐述了跳高专项训练的方法。High jump is an important sport in sports events.Most high-level sports events have a high jump event.At the same time,the high jump requires higher physical fitness and skills.Therefore,special high jump physical training is very important for high jumpers.Through reasonable and scientific special body training methods for high jumps,it is possible to promote the improvement of the physical fitness of the high jumpers and improve the high jump level of the high jumpers.From the four aspects of speed training,strength training,endurance training and flexibility training,the methods of special training for high jump are elaborated.
