毽球运动在高校体育教学的发展路径与对策研究

摘　　要：毽球运动是我国古老的体育项目,具有十分悠久的历史,在当今时代又一次得到广大人民群众的喜爱,迎来了蓬勃发展的新机遇。毽球运动具有自由性、健身性、趣味性、欣赏性、表演性等很多特点,在高校体育教学中,有利于大学生强健体魄、提升素质,真正实现教育的价值,其重要性是不言而喻。因此,本文立足于当前毽球运动在我国高校体育教学中的发展阻碍,提出具有可行性的全新发展路径与对策,以期促进毽球运动在高校体育教学中广泛顺利开展。Shuttlecock is an ancient sport in China with a long history.In the current era,shuttlecock is once again favored by the masses and has ushered in a new opportunity for vigorous development.Shuttlecock has many characteristics such as freedom,fitness,fun and appreciation.The importance of physical education in colleges and universities is conducive to strengthening students’physical fitness,improving their quality,and realizing the value of education.Therefore,based on the current obstacles to the development of shuttlecock sports in college physical education in China,this article proposes a new and feasible development path and countermeasures to promote the smooth development of shuttlecock sports in college physical education.
