摘　　要：足球运动的典型特点是具有明显的对抗性,而且允许球员之间进行身体接触,属于比较激烈的运动项目之一。目前,现代足球运动技术得到快速发展,对大学生的灵敏素质等各方面的能力都提出更高的要求,为进一步提升高校大学生足球教学成效,本文以高校大学生足球灵敏素质为研究的对象,就足球课堂教学中学生灵敏素质的训练策略展开了研究。The typical feature of football is that it has obvious antagonism and allows physical contact between players,which belongs to one of the more intense sports.At present,with the rapid development of modern football technology,so it will also put forward higher requirements for the ability of college students in all aspects,such as sensitivity.This paper takes the football sensitive quality of college students as the research object,and studies the training strategies of the students’sensitive quality in football classroom teaching.
