摘　　要：《一个人的奥林匹克》是以中国奥运先驱刘长春代表中国首次参与奥运会前后为背景的一部体育励志电影。通过回顾影片中的刘长春参加奥运的民族背景和个人的坎坷经历,解读他所背负历史重压之下的体育精神和“小人物与大情怀”的民族情怀,为奥运体育精神的发扬和中国运动员民族精神的弘扬带来启示。"One Person’s Olympics"is a sports inspirational movie set before and after the Chinese Olympic pioneer Liu Changchun represented China for the first time in the Olympics.Through reviewing Liu Changchun’s national background and personal frustrations in the movie,this paper interprets his sports spirit under the heavy weight of history and his national feelings of"little people and big feelings",which will bring enlightenment to the promotion of Olympic sports spirit and the national spirit of Chinese athletes.
