张家山汉简《引书》所载病症及其导引疗法探析

摘　　要：张家山汉简《引书》对导引的临床应用进行了详细的描述,记载了44种疾病的导引疗法,涵盖了内科、外科、骨伤科、五官科、精神科等多个种类的疾病。对该书病症分类及所用导引法特点进行分析,并探讨其对后世导引的影响及对现代导引临床的启示。ZHANGjiashan Han Bamboo Book Daoyin Therapy describes the clinical application of Daoyin in detail,and records 44 kinds of diseases treated by Daoyin,including internal diseases,external diseases,bone injury,facial features,and psychiatry.This paper analyzes the classification of the disease in the book and the characteristics of the Daoyin method used,and discusses its impact on Daoyin of later generations and the enlightenment of the modern clinical practice.
