摘　　要：民族医学是中国少数民族在历史发展过程中,认知和治疗疾病的文化体系和实践经验。通过一位拉祜医者的案例,描绘了民族医学在"体制世界"中经受着政策法规的规制和排斥,但从乡土"生活世界"中又获得生存和延续力量的社会境遇,揭示了体制世界和生活世界之间的张力是制约民族医学发展的主要根源,认为体制世界如何充分反映和对接生活世界的"乡土性"是个亟待解决的问题。Ethnic medicine is the cultural system and practical experience of diseases diagnosis and treatment gained in the process of historical development of ethnic minorities in China.Through a case study of a Lahu doctor,this paper depicts the social situation of ethnic medicine.On the one hand,it subjects to the discipline and exclusion of policies and laws in the "system world";on the other hand,it obtains strength of survival and continuity from the rural "life world".The paper also holds that the tension between the system world and the life world is the main factor that restricts the development of ethnic medicine,and how the system world fully reflects and docks the "locality" of the life world is an urgent problem to be solved.
