中国特色社会主义政治制度的基本特征和显著优势

摘　　要：中国特色社会主义政治制度由根本政治制度、基本政治制度、重要政治制度三个层次所组成,具有领导与执政相统一、民主与集中相结合、选举与协商相补充、效率与公平相统筹、活力与秩序相协调的基本特征。其显著优势表现在:有利于国家统一稳定、政党合作共事、社会发展进步、人民幸福美满。这些优势在此次疫情防控阻击战中得到了生动诠释,表明中国特色社会主义政治制度是植根中国社会、符合中国国情、体现中国特色、充满生机活力的政治制度。The political system of socialism with Chinese characteristics is composed of three levels:the fundamental political institutions,the basic political institutions and the important political institutions.It is characterized by the unity of leadership and governance,the combination of democracy and centralization,the mutual supplementation of election and consultation,the coordination of efficiency and fairness,and the consistency of vitality and order.Its remarkable advantages are as follows:it is conducive to national unity and stability,cooperation among political parties,social development and progress,and people’s happiness.These advantages have been vividly demonstrated in the fight against the COVID-19 epidemic,which shows that the political system of socialism with Chinese characteristics is rooted in the Chinese society,conforms to China’s national conditions,embodies Chinese characteristics and is full of vigor and vitality.
