摘 要:固体颗粒介质热成形工艺是通过耐热固体颗粒介质代替现有软模热成形工艺中液体或气体介质的作用,来实现轻合金管、板材构件成形的工艺方法。该工艺的提出与研发对我国加工高强度、低塑性、难变形管材以及复杂形状、高尺寸精度和表面质量要求高的轻合金管状构件有着非常重要的意义,有巨大的潜力。本文针对该工艺中固体颗粒介质进行了热态下的传压性能测试实验研究,希望为该工艺中颗粒介质在数值模拟中分析模型的建立及该工艺的理论建模奠定基础。The hot forming technology of solid particle medium is to replace the role of liquid or gas medium in the hot forming technology of soft die by heat resistant solid particle medium to realize the forming technology of light alloy tube and plate members.The development of this technology is of great signif icance and great potential for the processing of high strength,low plasticity,hard deformation pipes and light alloy tubular members with complex shapes,high dimensional precision and high surface quality.In this paper,the experimental study on the pressure transfer performance of the solid medium in the thermal state is carried out,hoping to lay a foundation for the establishment of the analytical model of the solid medium in the numerical simulation and the theoretical modeling of the process.
