摘　　要：山东恒邦冶炼股份有限公司采用转炉处理铅阳极泥,产生的铋渣经熔炼产出粗铋合金,粗铋合金再进一步精炼回收有价元素。粗铋合金精炼流程存在金、银、铋分散严重,直收率低等问题。通过采用真空精馏技术,粗铋中金银铜和铅铋碲得到有效分离,实现了金、银、铋和碲的分别回收,提高了经济效益。真空精馏工艺流程具有操作简单,能耗低,金、银、铋回收率高等显著优点,具有推广价值。The lead anode slime is treated by converter in Shandong Humon Smelting Co.,Ltd.And the produced bismuth slag is smelted into crude bismuth alloy which is further refined to recover valuable elements.The previous crude bismuth alloy refining process incurs serious dispersion of gold,silver and bismuth and poor direct recovery rates.By applying vacuum distillation refining process,the gold,silver,copper and lead,bismuth and tellurium elements in the crude bismuth are effectively separated,realizing separated recovery of gold,silver,bismuth and improving economic benefits.The vacuum distillation process is easy to operate,has low energy consumption and high recovery rate for gold,silver,bismuth,tellurium,and is worth promotion.
