摘 要:某金精矿焙烧冶炼企业产生的酸性废水采用萃取电沉积法回收铜,而大量锌未得到有效回收,造成资源浪费。试验采用氢氧化钠中和沉淀法对酸性废水中的铁进行预去除,之后采用硫化沉淀法回收锌。结果表明:预除铁阶段H 2O 2投加量为4.0 mL/L,pH值控制在3.6时,Fe去除率可达99.41%;硫化沉淀阶段在Na 2S·9H 2O投加量为14.0 g/L,pH值为3.6条件下,Zn回收率接近100.00%;Zn综合回收率为99.64%。该研究可为金精矿焙烧冶炼企业酸性废水中金属锌回收的工业化应用提供参考。A comprehensive treatment of acid wastewater from a gold concentrate roasting and smelting enterprise is implemented with extraction electrodeposition method to recover copper.However,a large amount of zinc is not recovered in the process which is a waste of resources.In the experiment,the iron in wastewater was pre-removed by sodium hydroxide neutralization precipitation method,and the zinc was recovered with vulcanization precipitation.The results show that the removal rate of iron is 99.41%when the dosage of H 2O 2 is 4.0 mL/L,pH is 3.6 in the iron pre-removal phase;The recovery rate of zinc is near 100.00%when the dosage of Na 2S·9H 2O is 14.0 g/L,pH is 3.6;the comprehensive recovery rate of zinc is 99.64%.The research can be referred to for industrial application of zinc recovery from acid wastewater in gold concentrate roasting and smelting enterprises.
