摘  要:本文在国家标准的基础上,优化石墨炉原子吸收法测定土壤中铅(Pb)和镉(Cd)的前处理方法和基体改进剂,通过比较2种基体改进剂和不同前处理方法的作用效果,进行土壤中Pb和Cd含量的测定。该法以胶体钯(Pd)为基体改进剂,采用硝酸(HNO3)-高氯酸(HClO4)(4∶1)混合酸消解土壤样品,操作简单,在氘灯扣背景的条件下具有重现性好、准确、可靠的特点。Pb、Cd的相对标准偏差(RSD)均小于5%,加标回收率为103.6%~108.9%和92.1%~108.2%,相对误差(RE)为0.55%和1.5%,均优于国标法,适用于大批量样本和基层单位的日常检测。Based on the national standard,the pretreatment method and matrix modifier of the graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry used to determine lead and cadmiun in the soil are optimizied.By comparing the effect of two matrix modifiers and different pretreatment methods,the content of lead and cadmium in soil is determined.Colloidal palladium is used as a matrix modifier and the sample is digested with a mixed acid of nitric acid and perchloric acid(4:1).The operation is simple,and it has good reproducibility,accuracy and reliability under the conditions of the deuterium lamp deduction background.The relative standard deviations(RSDs)of lead and cadmium are all less than 5%.The recoveries are 103.6%to 108.9%and 92.1%to 108.2%,and the relative errors(RE)are 0.55%and 1.5%,respectively,which are better than the national standard method.It is suitable for large-scale samples and daily inspections of grassroots units.
