建立中国进出境动植物检验检疫体系的思考

摘　　要：本文重点介绍了自1949年以来进出境动植物检验检疫的发展历史,阐述具体的发展趋势与发展特点,总结现阶段我国进出境动植物检验检疫的现状,而后立足于我国实际发展情况,将风险管理作为核心内容,强化维护国门的安全理念,采用科学化的监管手段,建设完善的中国进出境动植物检验检疫体系,希望能够为相关人士提供参考意见。This paper focuses on the introduction of the history of the inspection and quarantine of entry and exit animals and plants since 1949,expounds the specific development trend and development characteristics,summarizes the current situation of the inspection and quarantine of entry and exit animals and plants in China,and then,based on the actual development of China,takes risk management as the core content,establishes the safety concept of strengthening the maintenance of the country,and adopts scientific supervision means,hoping to build a complete inspection and quarantine system for entry and exit animals and plants in China,and provide reference for relevant people.
