摘　　要：谢章铤是晚清福建学术史上的一个重要人物,在诗、词、古文、经学等方面均有建树。他受晚清经世思潮和闽省学风转变的影响,主张以性情为文,批判文学创作追求辞藻与方法格式之风;治学兼采汉宋,批判门户之争,认为汉、宋学各有所长,不可偏废;提倡经世致用之学,针砭时弊,家国情怀浓厚。他推动近代闽省学术风气由追逐科举向讲求实学的转变,培育出林纾、何振岱等众多弟子,在近代福建学术史上烙刻了独特的印记。Xie Zhangting is an important figure in the academic history of Fujian in late Qing Dynasty.He has made great achievements in poetry,Ci,ancient prose,classics and so on.Influenced by the trend of thought of classics in the late Qing Dynasty and the change of the style of study in Fujian Province,he advocated taking temperament as the text and criticizing the style of literature creation in pursuit of diction and method format;he adopted both Han and Song dynasties as a scholar,criticizing the disputes among families,and thought that the Han and Song dynasties had their own advantages and could not be neglected;he advocated the study of applying the theory of economy to the world,criticizing the current disadvantages and having strongly national identity.He promoted the change of academic atmosphere in modern Fujian Province from pursuing imperial examinations to emphasizing practical learning,and cultivated many disciples such as Lin Shu and HeZhendai,which made a unique mark in the academic history of modern Fujian.
