摘　　要：针对翻车机司机给料量大或是卸难以控制流量的特殊煤种时,煤流越过除铁器料斗进入除杂斗中,造成除杂斗堵斗和洒煤严重的情况,设计了皮带机煤流窜斗检测装置,在料斗和除杂斗之间增加检测装置、编写检测程序、添加上位机报警界面,能有效提示司机减量作业,避免堵斗情况发生。When the driver of the dumper is feeding a large amount of coal or it is difficult to control the flow of special coal,aiming at the situation that the coal flow crosses the iron separator hopper and enters the debris removal hopper,causing serious debris blocking and coal sprinkling,a coal flow skip detection device of belt conveyor is designed.The detection device,write the detection program,and alarm interface of the host computer are added between the hopper and the debris removal hopper,which can effectively prompt the driver to reduce the amount of work and avoid the occurrence of coal blockage.
