摘 要:孔径是多孔膜最重要的性能表征参数之一,其测定方法主要有压汞法、标准粒子法、显微镜观察法、液-液置换法等,这些方法各有特点和局限性,不能完全反映分离膜对过滤性能有贡献的贯穿孔的情况。基于泡点和平均流量法,择选3种中空纤维膜进行孔径及其孔径分布的测定。实验结果表明,泡点和平均流量法操作简单,测试过程中不破坏分离膜结构,能够反映膜整体孔径性能,对于测定中空纤维膜孔径及其孔径分布具有可行性,可为后续孔径测定提供参考依据。Pore size is one of the most important performance characterization parameters of porous membranes,and its determination methods mainly include mercury intrusion method,standard particle method,scanning electron microscope and liquid-liquid displacement method.These methods have their own characteristics and limitations,and the contribution of the filtering properties of the membranes can not be fully reflected.Based on the bubble point and mean flow pore test,three kinds of hollow fiber membranes were chose to determine pore size and pore size distribution.The results show that the bubble point and mean flow pore test are simple to operate,the membrane structure is not destroyed,and the process can reflect the overall membrane pore size performance.Thus,the bubble point and mean flow pore test have the feasibility for determining the pore size and pore size distribution of the hollow fiber membranes,which can provide a reference for subsequent determination of the pore size.
