摘　　要：目的:探究冠心病患者的认知性情绪调节策略特征及与D型人格行为的关系。方法:在郑州市某三级甲等医院选取符合纳人标准的冠心病患者279名,在社区选取健康对照222名,用认知性情绪调节问卷(CERQ)、D型人格量表(DS14)进行调查。结果:冠心病组CERQ的非适应性情绪调节得分高于对照组,适应性情绪调节得分低于对照组(均P<0.05)。多因素logistic回归分析显示,D型人格行为、渴望接纳、沉思、灾难化与患冠心病呈正向关联(OR=1.88、1.09、1.12、1.09),重新关注计划、理性分析与患冠心病呈负向关联(OR=0.85、0.83)。结论:冠心病患者的认知性情绪调节可能与D型人格行为有关,D型人格行为表现较明显的患者可能更频繁的使用非适应性情绪调节。Objective:To explore the characteristics of cognitive emotion regulation strategies and its relation­ship with type D personality behaviors in patients with coronary heart disease.Methods:A total of 279 patients with coronary heart disease from Grade 3A hospitals and 222 healthy people from communities were assessed by the Cognitive Emotion Regulation Questionnaire(CERQ)and Type D Scale-14(DS14)in Zhengzhou.Results:The scores of maladaptive emotion regulation in coronary heart disease group was higher than that of control group,and the scores of adaptive emotion regulation were lower than that of control group(Ps<0.05).Multivaiate logistic re­gression analysis showed that type D personality behavior,desire to accept,rumination and catastrophising were pos­itively correlated with coronay heart disease(OR=1.88,1.09,1.12,1.09),and refocus on planning,putting into perspective were negatively correlated with coronary heart disease(OR=0.85,0.83).Conclusion:Cognitive emo­tion regulation may be associated with type D personality behaviors among patients with coronay heart disease.The more type D personality behavior patients with coronay heart disease report,the more frequently maladaptive emo­tion regulation patients uss.
