摘 要:为了测试某大跨简支钢箱梁桥的承载能力是否达到要求,验证桥梁设计是否可靠和施工质量是否达标,基于荷载试验的方法,研究在正载及偏载两种荷载工况下该桥主梁控制截面的应力、应变和挠度值,将荷载试验得到的实测值与有限元软件建模计算的理论值进行对比分析。结果表明:各控制截面的实际挠度均比理论计算值小,挠度校验系数处于较合理的范围(0.73~0.94);控制截面的实测应力分布在0.24~0.98,与基于有限元法的理论计算值相比,在正常范围之内;该桥在98%荷载效率的静力加载试验过程中,未出现任何异常;加载前后,箱梁测试截面附近区域内,主梁及铺装层未发现新增的可见横向裂缝,即:该桥桥跨结构满足设计荷载标准(公路-Ⅰ级)的要求,结构设计具有可靠性,施工质量达标。In order to test whether the bearing capacity of a long-span simple supported steel box girder bridge meets the requirements,and to verify whether the design of the bridge is reliable and the construction quality meets the requirements,based on the method of load test,the stress,strain and deflection values of the control section of the main girder of the bridge under the two load conditions of positive load and eccentric load are studied,and the measured values obtained from the load test and the theoretical values calculated by the finite element software modeling are carried out by comparative analysis.The results show that the actual deflection of each control section is smaller than the theoretical calculation value,and the deflection calibration coefficient is in a reasonable range:0.73-0.94;the measured stress distribution of the control section is 0.24-0.98,which is within the normal range compared with the theoretical calculation value based on the finite element method;there is no abnormality in the static loading test of 98%load efficiency of the bridge;before and after loading In the area near the box girder test section,no new visible transverse cracks were found on the main girder and pavement layer,that is,the bridge span structure meets the requirements of the design load standard(highway class I),the structural design is reliable,and the construction quality meets the requirements.
