摘　　要：随着我国资本市场的发展,上市公司不断发展壮大,社会责任成为上市公司的重要形象标签,特别是股利分配政策变化产生越来越显著的外溢影响。格力电器是我国家电行业的典型代表,连续多年分红的格力电器2017年不分红事件在资本市场引起广泛关注。本文从社会责任的视角,分析了格力电器承担社会责任的情况以及不分红事件对资本市场产生的影响,得出我国二级资本市场个人投资者不成熟、资本市场功能尚需完善等结论,并提出相应改进建议。With the development of China's capital market,listed companies continue to grow and develop.Social responsibility has become a vital image label for listed companies,especially changes in dividend distribution policies that have produced increasingly significant spillover effects.Gree Electric Appliances is a typical representative of China's home appliance industry.Gree Electric Appliances,which has paid dividends for many years,has attracted widespread attention in the capital market in 2017.From the perspective of social responsibility,this article analyzes Gree Electric's commitment to social responsibility and the impact of the non-dividend event on the capital market.It concludes that individual investors in China's secondary capital market are immature,and the capital market function needs to be improved and proposes corresponding improvements.
