摘  要:新疆地区由于人类免疫缺陷病毒(Human immunodeficiency virus,HIV)感染人数较多,且以性传播和静脉吸毒人群为主,故有大量HIV与丙型肝炎病毒(Hepatitis C virus,HCV)合并感染者。白细胞介素17(Interleukin-17,IL-17)可通过多种机制抵抗清除胞外病原体。为探讨HIV/获得性免疫缺陷综合征(Acquired immunodeficiency syndrome,AIDS)组与HIV/HCV组间CD4^+T淋巴细胞、IL-17及人免疫缺陷病毒核糖核酸(HIV RNA)水平间的差异及相关性,本研究采用流式细胞术分别测定HIV/AIDS组与HIV/HCV组间CD4^+T淋巴细胞,采用流式细胞小球微阵列术(Cytometric bead array,CBA)方法测定IL-17以及采用逆转录聚合酶链式反应(Reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction,RT-PCR)方法测定HIV RNA载量。结果显示,HIV/HCV组CD4^+T淋巴细胞、IL-17水平低于HIV/AIDS组,具有显著性差异(P<0.01);HIV RNA水平在两组间不存在统计学差异(P>0.05);HIV/AIDS组中HIV RNA与CD4^+T淋巴细胞、IL-17均呈负相关性(P<0.01);HIV/HCV组中HIV RNA与CD4^+T淋巴细胞、IL-17均无相关(P>0.05)。本研究提示,HIV/HCV组中CD4^+T淋巴细胞、IL-17水平显著低于HIV/AIDS组,且HIV/HCV组中CD4^+T淋巴细胞、IL-17水平均与HIV RNA无相关。Due to the large number of human immunodeficiency virus(HIV) infections in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region,China and the predominantly sexually transmitted and intravenous drug use population,there are a large number of people infected with HIV and hepatitis C virus(HCV). Interleukin-17(IL-17),resists elimination of extracellular pathogens through a variety of mechanisms. To investigate the differences and correlations between CD4^+ T lymphocytes,IL-17 and HIV ribonucleic acid(HIV RNA)levels between HIV/AIDS and HIV/HCV groups,flow cytometry was used to detect CD4^+ T lymphocytes between HIV/AIDS group and HIV/HCV group,the cytometric bead array(CBA)method was used to detect IL-17,and reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR)method was used to detect HIV RNA load. Results showed that the levels of CD4^+ T lymphocytes and IL-17 in HIV/HCV group were significantly lower than those in HIV/AIDS group(P<0.01). There was no statistical difference in HIV RNA levels between the two groups(P>0.05). There was a negative correlation between HIV RNA level and CD4^+ T lymphocytes and IL-17 in the HIV/AIDS group(P<0.01). There was no correlation between HIV RNA level and CD4^+ T lymphocytes and IL-17 in the HIV/HCV group(P>0.05). The present study suggested that in HIV/HCV group,the CD4^+ T lymphocytes,IL-17 level were significantly lower than those in HIV/AIDS group. The CD4^+ T lymphocytes,IL-17 level in HIV/HCV group were not associated with HIV RNA.
