摘　　要：对《新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎诊疗方案》中推荐的中成药进行专利申请情况分析,梳理重点药物技术发展脉络和专利布局特点,以期助力中医药生产企业的研发和知识产权保护,为之提供借鉴和参考。This paper analyzes the patent application status of main Chinese materia medica preparation recommended in the Diagnosis and Treatment Protocol of COVID-19,and summarizes the technological development process and patent layout strategy,so as to providing references and insights,and facilitating the R&D and intellectual property protection of traditional Chinese medicine manufacturers.
