摘  要:【目的】探索水稻内源化学物质及其与抗稻飞虱的关系,为开发防治稻飞虱药物提供理论依据。【方法】以对稻飞虱表现不同抗性级别的7份水稻材料为研究对象,测定其内源化学物质含量,对比不同材料内源化学物质含量的差异,并采用相关分析和主成分分析探讨内源化学物质与抗性的关系。【结果】不同水稻材料内源化学物质含量测定结果表明,供试7份水稻材料的草酸、可溶性糖、淀粉、可溶性蛋白质、单宁、黄酮等物质含量明显高于稻株体内大多数氨基酸含量;在所测定的氨基酸中,以天冬氨酸、亮氨酸、精氨酸、丝氨酸、胱氨酸和谷氨酸含量较高,以脯氨酸(TN1除外)和酪氨酸含量较低。相关分析结果表明,除苏氨酸、脱落酸、蛋氨酸和可溶性糖含量外,其他各物质含量均与抗性级别呈负相关,其中天冬氨酸、赖氨酸、蛋氨酸含量与抗性级别的相关系数较大。主成分分析结果表明,可溶性蛋白质、丙氨酸、甘氨酸、谷氨酸、苏氨酸、异亮氨酸、胱氨酸、苯丙氨酸和脱落酸含量对前4个主成分的贡献率相对较大,与水稻对稻飞虱的抗性有密切关系。【结论】水稻内源化学物质含量和种类与水稻材料抗感性无直接联系,但可溶性蛋白质、丙氨酸、甘氨酸、谷氨酸、苏氨酸、异亮氨酸、胱氨酸、苯丙氨酸和脱落酸等9种物质可能对稻飞虱有重要影响。【Objective】The relationship between endogenous chemicals in rice and resistance to rice planthopper was explored to provide theoretical basis for the development of drugs to control planthopper.【Method】Seven rice materials with different resistance levels to rice planthopper were subjected to determinate endogenous chemicals content.Comparisons of differences in the content of endogenous chemicals in different materials were made.Correlation analysis and principal component analysis were used to investigate the relationship between endogenous chemicals and resistance.【Result】The results of determination of endogenous chemical substances in different rice materials showed that the contents of oxalic acid,soluble sugar,starch,soluble protein,tannin,flavone of the seven materials were greatly higher than that of most amino acids in them.Among determined amino acids,the contents of aspartic acid,leucine,arginine,serine,cystine and glutamic acid were high,while the contents of proline(except TN1)and tyrosine were low.Correlation analysis showed that except threonine,abscisic acid,methionine and soluble sugar,all the other substances were negatively correlated with the resistance level.The correlation coefficients between aspartic acid,lysine,methionine and resistance level were large.Principal component analysis showed that the contents of soluble protein,alanine,glycine,glutamic acid,threonine,isoleucine,cystine,phenylalanine and abscisic acid had great contribution to the first four principal components,which were closely related to the resistance of rice to planthopper.【Conclusion】There is no direct relationship between the content and species of endogenous chemical substances in rice and their resistance or sensibility.However,contents of some chemical substances,such as soluble protein,alanine,glycine,glutamate,threonine,isoleucine,cystine,phenylalanine and abscisic acid,may have important effects on rice planthopper.
