摘　　要：以预应力T梁后张法施工为例,从施工人员、原材料以及整个施工过程详细分析了施工的技术要点和质量控制管理。From the aspects of construction personnel,raw materials and the whole construction process,this paper analyzes in detail the technical points and quality control management of post tensioning construction of prestressed T-beam.
