摘 要:针对赵庄矿3308煤巷在回采过程中局部顶板中部下沉、顶板与巷帮角部突出严重,致使槽钢梁弯曲严重、锚索破断率高等问题,采用现场调研、力学分析、数值模拟等手段,提出让压槽钢梁配合锚索进行支护的方法,给予了巷道围岩适度的变形区间,解决了煤矿巷道槽钢梁剧烈弯曲的问题。初步建立高强度槽钢梁配合锚索施工技术工艺。使用有限元差分软件FLAC3D模拟获得了在让压槽钢梁的支护下顶板的应力及位移分布规律,有效控制了围岩变形,并且验证了高强度让压槽钢梁的可行性。Aiming at the problems such as the local sinking of the roof in the middle of the 3308 coal roadway in Zhaozhuang mine,the roof and the corners of the roadway protruding seriously,which caused severe bending of the channel steel beam and high breakage rate of the anchor cable,field investigation and mechanical analysis,numerical simulation and other methods were adopted.Proposed to support the channel steel beam under pressure with the anchor cable to support it.It gives the tunnel surrounding rock a moderate deformation interval and solves the problem of severe bending of the channel steel beam in the coal mine roadway.The construction technology of high-strength channel steel beam with anchor cable was initially established.The finite element difference software FLAC3 D simulation was used to obtain the stress and displacement distribution of the roof under the support of the channel steel beam under pressure,and the deformation of the surrounding rock was effectively controlled,and the feasibility of the high strength channel steel beam under pressure was verified.
