摘 要:为研究在巷道围岩垮落这类危险工况下的超前液压支架支护性能,基于Terzaghi理论计算围岩应力,并推导出超前液压支架最大支护强度,采用Pro/E构建了超前液压支架的三维实体模型,利用ANSYS软件对超前液压支架顶梁施加围岩压力并进行静力学分析,仿真结果表明:超前液压支架的顶梁、底座、前后立柱的最大应力值分别为392 MPa、17 MPa、104 MPa和154 MPa,均远小于超前液压支架主要材料Q690的屈服强度,说明超前液压支架支护性能满足在这种危险工况下的使用条件。In order to study the support performance of the advance hydraulic support under the dangerous condition of roadway surrounding rock collapse,the stress of surrounding rock was calculated based on Terzaghi theory,and the maximum support strength of the advance hydraulic support was pushed out.The three-dimensional solid model of the advance hydraulic support was constructed by Pro/E.The surrounding rock pressure was applied to the top beam of the advance support by ANSYS software,and the static analysis was carried out.The simulation results show that the maximum stress values of the advance hydraulic support top beam,base and front and rear columns of the front hydraulic support are 392 MPa、17 MPa、104 MPa and 154 MPa respectively,which are far less than the yield strength of the main material Q690 of the front hydraulic support.It indicates that the support performance of the front hydraulic support can be used under this dangerous condition.
