摘 要:针对煤矿装备用大承载双列球轴承负荷特性复杂、承载能力要求高等方面的问题,以某型煤矿装备用大承载双列球轴承为研究对象,运用有限元的方法对大承载双列球轴承负荷及最大载荷下的等效应力进行研究。该研究为煤矿装备用大承载双列球轴承负荷特性改善、振动噪声减小、疲劳寿命延长等方面提供理论依据。Aiming at the problems of complex load characteristics and high bearing capacity requirements of large load double-row ball bearing for coal mine equipment,a large load double-row ball bearing for a certain type of coal mine equipment has been taken as the research object.The load and the equivalent stress for the large load double-row ball bearing under the maximum load has been studied by the finite element method.The research provides theoretical basis for load characteristics improving,vibration noise reducing,and fatigue life extending of coal mine equipment large load double-row ball bearing.
