摘  要:矿用带式输送机在工作过程中会受到多种不良因素的影响,导致不同类型的故障发生,如输送带带速变化异常、纵撕故障等。传统的故障处理方法采集到的特征值往往缺乏全面性,特别是在故障判断时对故障相似度计算会有较大的误差出现。利用多信息融合技术将各类传输部件的故障案例进行整合,并在忽略过程特征值的基础上进行求解和推理,获取相应的矿用带式输送机故障解决方案,从而实现故障诊断的自动化操作功能。应用结果表明,基于多信息融合技术的故障诊断系统可以有效地应对输送带的各种异常状况,快速准确地实现矿用带式输送机的故障诊断。In the working process of mine belt conveyor,it will be affected by many kinds of bad factors,which will lead to different types of faults,such as abnormal change of conveyor belt speed,longitudinal tear fault and so on.The traditional fault processing methods often lack comprehensive for the collected feature values,especially in fault judgment,there will be large errors in fault similarity calculation.The multi information fusion technology was used to integrate the fault cases of all kinds of transmission components,and on the basis of ignoring the process eigenvalues,the solution and reasoning were carried out to obtain the corresponding fault solution of the mine belt conveyor,so as to realize the automatic operation function of fault diagnosis.The application results show that the fault diagnosis system based on multi information fusion technology can effectively deal with all kinds of abnormal conditions of the conveyor belt,quickly and accurately realize the fault diagnosis of the mine belt conveyor.
