摘  要:针对前期研制的爪极磁性能无损检测装置中的气隙大小进行研究。通过有限元模拟发现,气隙值越小,磁感应强度输出越大,且在类磁化曲线的未饱和阶段,磁感应强度的增长幅度高于接近饱和阶段;在低励磁电流下,减小气隙值,装置的测试灵敏度提高;在高励磁电流下,改变气隙值对测试灵敏度影响较小,但是整体呈现出气隙值越小,灵敏度越差的趋势。综合考虑,确定了最佳的爪极和导磁环之间的气隙值为0.2 mm,且实验验证显示的影响规律与模拟结果一致,装置的检测性能得到改善。0.2 mm气隙值使得高励磁电流下的灵敏度稍有降低,所以基于此探索其他改善灵敏度的方法的工作有待继续开展。The size of gap in a non-destructive testing device for evaluating the magnetic performance of claw pole was studied. It is found by finite element simulation that the smaller the gap value is,the larger the output of magnetic induction intensity is. In the unsaturated stage of the magnetization-like curve,the increasing amplitude of the magnetic induction intensity is higher than that in the near saturation stage. Under low excitation current,reducing the gap value can improve the test sensitivity of the device. Under high excitation current,changing the gap value has little effect on the test sensitivity,but the overall trend is that the smaller the gap value is,the worse the sensitivity is. Considering comprehensively,the optimal gap value between claw pole and magnetic conducting ring is determined to be 0. 2 mm. It is found that the influence law obtained by the experiment is consistent with that by the simulation,and the detection performance of the device is improved. The gap value of 0. 2 mm makes the sensitivity slightly decrease under high excitation current,so the work of exploring other methods to improve the sensitivity needs to be continued.
