摘 要:针对注塑件的多目标优化问题,基于CAD/CAE集成技术,进行了CAD参数化模型更新子系统、CAE分析方案参数化和自动化子系统的开发,并结合优化算法库,建立了一种面向注塑件优化的集成分析优化平台。该平台可以实现几何优化和工艺优化的功能。对于翘曲变形较大的薄壁制品,提出反变形设计和工艺优化相结合的优化方法。为了反映制件的整体翘曲程度,提出了量化翘曲变形的方法。以汽车空调风口零件为研究对象,基于构建的集成优化平台,采用反变形+工艺优化的方法,及人工神经网络模型和多目标遗传算法,对其进行优化分析,并采用序列加点的方法提高代理模型的精度。结果表明,所提出的注塑件多目标优化方案可行。For the multi-objective optimization problem of injection molded parts,the development of CAD parametric model update subsystem as well as CAE analysis program parameterization and automation subsystem were carried out,and combined with optimization algorithm library,an integrated analysis optimization platform for injection molded parts optimization was established based on CAD/CAE integration technology. The platform can realize the functions of geometric optimization and process optimization. For thin-walled products with large warpage,an optimization method combining inverse deformation design and process optimization was proposed. To reflect the overall warpage of the part,a method of quantifying warpage deformation was proposed. Taking the automotive air-conditioning tuyere parts as the research object,based on the integrated optimization platform,the inverse deformation + process optimization method,the artificial neural network model and multi-objective genetic algorithm were used to carry out the optimization and analysis,and the method of sequence adding dots was used to improve the accuracy of the surrogate model. The results show that the proposed multi-objective optimization scheme for injection molded parts is feasible.
