摘 要:对有无振动辅助的轴向冷挤压花键套过程进行有限元模拟,分析对比了两者的金属流动规律和成形力变化。发现施加振动辅助后冷挤压花键套最大成形力降低了10%左右,持续时间短且周期变化,减少了花键套成形过程因应力过大而出现的缺陷,且金属流动更好,有利于提高成形件性能。采用正交试验探究了振动幅值、振动频率和挤压速度对挤压成形力的影响规律。结果表明,挤压速度对各个阶段的挤压成形力影响最为显著;在模具齿挤入阶段和坯料齿成形阶段,影响挤压成形力的第2因素是振动幅值,振动频率次之;在模具齿退出阶段,影响挤压成形力的第2影响因素则是振动频率,振动幅值次之。The finite element simulations of axial cold extrusion for spline sleeve with and without vibration assist were carried out. The metal flow rule and change of forming force were compared and analyzed. The results show that the maximum forming force in vibration assisted cold extrusion for spline sleeve is reduced by about 10%,and the duration is short and periodic,which reduces the defects caused by the excessive stress in the spline sleeve forming process,and the metal flow is better,which is conducive to improve the performance of forming part. The effect laws of vibration amplitude,vibration frequency and extrusion speed on forming force were analyzed by orthogonal test. The results show that the extrusion speed has the greatest influence on the extrusion forming force in each stage. In the extrusion stage of die teeth and the forming stage of blank teeth,the second factor affecting the the extrusion forming force is vibration amplitude,followed by the vibration frequency. In the exit stage of die tooth,the second factor affecting the extrusion forming force is vibration frequency,followed by the vibration amplitude.
