摘 要:宫颈癌在世界女性恶性肿瘤发病率中排名第三,同时,也是女性生殖系统最常见的恶性肿瘤,其发病率仍呈逐年上升的趋势。但就目前医学研究水平的发展现况而言,宫颈癌也是人类迄今为止唯一明确了病因的恶性肿瘤,也就是说宫颈癌是可以早期预防的。虽然,随着医疗技术的飞速发展以及广大医务工作者的共同努力,宫颈癌的筛查技术已经得到了很大的提升,一定程度上降低了宫颈癌的死亡率,但临床上仍迫切的需要更为简便、有效的检测手段。近年来,随着分子遗传学的发展,人们发现宫颈病变的发生与某些癌基因的激活及抑癌基因的失活密切相关,恰当地运用生物标记物能更准确地发现高级别宫颈病变,以利及时地给予临床干预,进而真正的做到疾病的一级预防。P16和Ki67是目前研究较为广泛的肿瘤抑制蛋白,参与宫颈病变的发生与发展过程。本文就宫颈病变中P16与Ki67的临床应用进行综述。Cervical cancer is the most common malignancy of female reproductive system.It ranks the third in the incidence of malignant tumors in women around the world and the incidence is still rising.Cervical cancer is the only human malignancy with clear pathogenesis,which means the disease can be prevented early.Screening techniques for cervical cancer have made progress and the fatality rate is reduced in recent years.Effective and convenient detection measures are still under investigation.Studies on molecular genetics revealed that cervical lesions are closely related to the activation of some oncogenes and the inactivation of antioncogenes.Detection of specific biomarkers can help accurately notice highgrade cervical tumor and suggestappropriate clinical intervention,which may greatly promote the primary prevention of malignancy.P16 and Ki67 are two kinds ofantioncogenes with sufficient research.They are involved in the occurrence and development of cervical cancer.This article reviewed the clinical application of P16 and Ki67 in cervical lesions.
