摘 要:文章以CO为还原剂,H-β为催化剂载体,采用等体积浸渍法制备了一系列8Fex M/H-β(M=Mn、Cr、Co、Ni,x=0、2、4、8、12)催化剂样品,并在微型固定床反应器上探讨催化剂同时脱硫脱硝活性,通过XRD、BET、H2-TPR、SEM对催化剂进行了表征。结果表明:8Fe4Cr/H-β催化剂的活性最佳,脱硫脱硝转化率同时达到90%时的温度为319℃左右。8Fe4Cr/H-β催化剂上活性组分高度分散,Fe和Cr之间发生了相互作用,催化剂的低温还原性能得到改善。A series of 8 Fex M/H-β(M=Mn,Cr,Co,Ni,x=0,2,4,8,12)catalyst samples were prepared by using CO as the reducing agent and H-βas the catalyst carrier.The simultaneous desulfurization and denitrification activity of the catalyst was investigated on a micro fixed bed reactor.The catalyst was characterized by XRD,BET,H2-TPR and SEM.The results show that the activity of 8Fe4Cr/H-βcatalyst was the best,and the temperature was 319℃when the simultaneous desulfurization and denitrification conversion rate reached 90%.The active components were highly dispersed on the 8Fe4Cr/H-βcatalyst,and Fe interacted with Cr,and the low-temperature reduction performance of the catalyst was improved.
