摘  要:为了快速处理初期雨水,作者采用改良的Stob?er法制备Fe3O4/SiO2磁种(FS),通过聚合氯化铝(PAC)和磁种、聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)进行了磁絮凝分离实验,研究了磁絮凝-磁鼓分离处理初期雨水,对影响磁絮凝-磁鼓分离方法的主要参数进行了优化。结果表明,PAC、PAM加药量分别为25 mg/L、0.5 mg/L,Fe3O4/SiO2粒径400目、磁种Fe3O4/SiO2加药量200 mg/L,添加顺序宜为先加PAC和FS、慢速搅拌开始前再添加PAM。在此运行条件下,出水COD和浊度分别为148 mg/L和2.24 NTU,去除率分别为62%和98%。该技术启动快、可缩短水力停留时间,处理负荷高、分离快速,耐水力冲击、减少工艺占地面积,可推广应用于城市初期雨水应急治理工程的预处理阶段。In order to rapid treat first flush rainwater,a new flocculation-magnetic microsphere was prepared.And magnetic microspheres were prepared using the modified Stǒber method.Magnetite(Fe3O4)-silica(SiO2)core-shell microspheres have superparamagnetism verified by using XRD,FTIR and VSM analysis.Also,Fe3O4/SiO2(FS)microspheres have no significant reduction after at least reused five times.The optimal feeding order and conditions were 20 mg/L flocculant,200 mg/L magnetic powder and 0.5 mg/L PAM.Under the optimized condition,62%of COD and 98%of turbidity were removed.Especially,the technology of magnetic coagulation has many advantages,such as quick start-up,shorten hydraulic retention time,high treating capacity,rapid separation,hydraulic shock-resistant,small footprint,so it can be used to control the rainwater overflow pollution effectively in those rainy cities.
